EN: Outlines, used a close-up of a treetop without leaves as a template. The motif was turned upside down and now resembles a network of veins or the lymphatic system in the human body. The synthetic leather image carrier imitates the skin of an animal. This creates an interplay between the material and the print: the function of skin, which protects and conceals the interior from the exterior, while at the same time revealing an internal system.
Findling (longing), antlers coated with a mineral graphite layer, thereby the organic material takes on an artificial appeal. This creates a dialogue between originality and transformation.
DE: Outlines, diente die Nahaufnahme einer Baumkrone ohne Blätter als Vorlage. Das Motiv wurde auf den Kopf gestellt und erinnert nun an Adergeflechte oder das Lymphsystem im menschlichen Körper. Der Bildträger aus Kunstleder imitiert die Haut eines Tieres. Zwischen Material und Druck entsteht so ein Wechselspiel: die Funktion einer Haut, die das Innere vor dem Äußeren schützt und verdeckt und zugleich das Sichtbarwerden eines inneren Systems.
Findling (longing), als Geweih überzogen mit einer mineralischen Graphit-schicht erhält das organische Material einen künstlichen Anklang. Es entsteht ein Dialog zwischen Ursprünglichkeit und Transformation.
